Lead Contract Administrator Up to £40,000 starting salary! We are currently looking to recruit a Lead Contract Administrator to work on behalf of a building services maintenance provider. You will be leading a team of 3 administrators. Working Hours: M-F, 8-5 Responsibilities of the Lead Contract Administrator · Handle incoming calls and manage outgoing calls as required. · Completing administration tasks that relate to the contract, including assigning contract colleagues and sub-contractors to service requirement tasks · Liaise with relevant Contract staff and subcontractors in relation to all aspects of service desk requirements and that required information is returned in a timely manner. · Work closely with Contract/Facilities Managers to develop and enhance the quality of service and reporting processes. · Carry out monitoring of CAFM system data to ensure that Helpdesk work orders have been accurately created, assigned, prioritised and categorised in line with contractual KPI's and SLA's · Ensure all jobs are monitored and updated on the system and regular feedback provided to the client on next steps Skills · Exceptional customer service and administration skills · Excellent communication skills · Lead, the helpdesk to ensure compliance with the contractual obligations · Liaise with key teams (for example site FM, management teams and contract staff) to ensure all issues are resolved
