Charity Lawyer | 2-6 PQE | Strong Regional Firm | Leicester A highly regarded regional law firm with a strong presence across the Midlands is seeking a talented Charity Lawyer to join its established team in Leicester. The Role You will be joining a well-respected and experienced team acting for a range of national and regional charities, educational institutions, faith-based organisations, CICs, and grant-giving bodies. This is a genuinely broad role offering exposure to:
* Charity formations and incorporations
* Governance and constitutional matters
* Mergers, restructuring, and collaborative ventures
* Regulatory compliance, including Charity Commission matters
You will work closely with partners who are experts in the field and benefit from a collegiate, collaborative culture with real opportunities for progression. About You
* 2-6 years' PQE with experience in charity law (or a strong interest and related background in public, education, or not-for-profit sectors)
* Solid technical knowledge and strong commercial awareness
* Confident communicator with the ability to build long-term client relationships
