SG Padel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service & Accounts Assistant to support our financial and administrative operations as well as our customer relations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing outstanding service to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day financial tasks and providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
This role will also involve assisting clients with inquiries, managing data entry tasks, and ensuring that all administrative duties are performed efficiently. If you are organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* Providing general administrative support to management and the wider team
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
* Processing invoices, purchase orders, and supplier payments
* Managing office correspondence, including emails and phone calls
* Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Performing entries onto accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks) and supporting monthly accounts processes
* Provide support to the team by coordinating schedules and managing appointments.
* Ensure that customer and supplier issues are resolved in a timely manner while maintaining a positive attitude.
* Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when interacting with customers.
Requirements
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Previous experience in a Financial or administrative role is advantageous.
* Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* A professional demeanour with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
