A proven track record of success in leading successful, high-growth B2B SaaS teams to deliver profitable results, best practise framework for SaaS solutions, migration programmes and digital commercial sales. Proven track record of responsibility delivering implementation revenue, successful client delivery, escalation management, team enablement and performance to KPIs. Expertise in Consulting, Project Management, Technical Configuration & QA Processes. Experience of resource management, capacity & team planning across global delivery teams. Experience in delivery & QA methodology, including the introduction of automation and AI capabilities. Experience in commercial sales, including pitching, pricing and contract negotiation. Experience with Product development stakeholders, connecting consultant and client feedback with meaningful product enhancements. Experienced in line management, including supporting objective and development planning. Analytical skills for a variety of work environments.
