Remote Personal Injury Solicitor
Fully Remote – Work from Anywhere in the UK
Salary up to £45,000 + Excellent Bonus

Your Role:
You’ll be responsible for managing your own caseload of fast-track personal injury claims, including:
* Employer Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), Occupier’s Liability (OL) & Road Traffic Accidents (RTA)
* Handling claims from start to finish, including litigation where necessary
* Preparing key court documents (e.g., claim forms, particulars of claim, schedules of loss)
* Liaising with experts, clients, and counsel
* Instructing and briefing counsel
What We’re Looking For:
* At least 1 years’ experience managing a fast-track personal injury caseload
* Experience handling both EL/PL and RTA claims
* Ideally litigation experience & knowledge of CPR procedures
* Understanding of the MoJ Portal
* To be a Solicitor or Legal Executive (with practicing rights) is essential
