How will you add value * Provide critical breakdown support across a complex 24/7 production site from filling and packaging lines, chilling systems and conveyors. * Carry out planned, preventative maintenance and servicing activities as planned via the CMMS system * Troubleshoot and diagnose breakdowns using structure problem solving techniques and drive continuous improvement to improve operational efficiencies. * Champion health and safety by adhering to safety standards, SOPs and participating in risk assessment * Support and lean into projects across the site, both small and large, actively inputting to site development and performance. Grow with Arla * Experience in an FMCG, Food or regulated manufacturing environment, working at pace in a maintenance engineer or similar * Ideally you will be time served/ apprentice trained engineer holding a minimum NVQ Level 3/ ONC or higher. * Structured problem solving experience, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and faulting finding. * Computer literate – SAP PM or similar CMMS system, Microsoft Office Things we’d love to tell you about our Stourton site * Site takes in 2.2 million litres of Milk daily * Produces around 660 million litres of the nation’s favourites per year from 16 automated filling lines. * Producing over 225 SKU within 10 different product groups such as Cravendale & BOB filtered milk, Flavoured milk, Creams, alcohol cream, custards and cottage cheese are supplied from Stourton. * Site has received c.£315 million in investment since 2004, with a further major investment of c.£50 million soon to begin.
