Exciting Opportunity Administration Team Leader. Are you an experienced administrator who enjoys leading a team? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, dynamic, and results-driven individual to lead our well-established clinical and prescription administration team. We are looking for someone capable and proactive in leading and coordinating an integral part of our service.
As the Administration Team Leader at Change Grow Live Manchester, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the prescription and clinical administration duties are operating effectively and are contributing to the aims and objectives of delivering a quality service. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, experience in managing large office systems and teams, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. You’ll have the confidence and skill to develop and embed robust admin processes, support staff development, and continuously improve systems to meet service needs.

Hours Full Time 37.5 per week
Full Time Salary Range £35,220.59 - £37,184.91 (based on full time working hours pro rata for part time)
Contract Type Fixed Term Contract until end of March 2027
* Please note Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
The post holder will report directly to the Quality & Governance Lead, depending on the structure of the service.
About the role
* Leading the Administrators to provide administrative support across the service, in particular ensuring that our prescription processes are managed effectively for both service users and staff.
* Liaising closely with pharmacies across the Manchester area.
* Ensuring all information in relation to prescription generation is accurately updated on our databases and will provide administrative assistance to the wider staff team.
* Providing line management support to a team of administrators, including regular supervision, performance management and attendance management.
* Ensuring the service is compliant with local and national requirements by working within relevant policies and pathways and monitoring and auditing this.
* Working with the Leadership Team and CGL national teams to develop and maintain systems for data collection, information, monitoring, and storage.
* Ensuring data is available for data reporting requirements.
* Reviewing and investigating allocated incidents.

* Understanding of how data and performance information to plan, manage capacity, and uphold service quality.
* A good understanding of the systems and frameworks in place to support effective prescription management.
