We are seeking an experienced Store Manager with a passion for luxury to lead our Milton Keynes store on a 6-month, fixed-term contract.

Role Responsibilities:
* Drive business success demonstrating a will to win, passion, future focus, and high standards
* Utilize strategic and analytical thinking to maximize business opportunities and achieve sales, KPI’s, and profit targets through motivational leadership
* Create a sensorial customer journey tailored to individual needs, delivering excellent service consistently
* Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, and engagement
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years retail management experience
* Experience in fragrance and beauty retail is desirable
* Excellent communication skills
* Engaging leadership style
* Proven commercial acumen and P&L responsibility
* Customer-centric approach
* Flexibility for travel and supporting other locations as needed
