About the Role As a Teaching & Learning Assistant, you will: Support pupils 1:1 or within small groups Work across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 Help children to engage in learning, build confidence and achieve their goals Assist teachers with classroom activities, interventions and everyday routines Create a positive, safe and nurturing learning environment This role is perfect for someone patient, reliable and motivated - someone who wants to make a real impact.
