An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Healthcare Support Worker working as part of the Older Adult Community Mental Health Team within Caithness.
The role holder will work to maintain individuals in their own community. You will have good communication and personal skills, time management and organisational skills.
You will need to have the ability to work alone and on your own initiative but still be a team player. You must be adaptable, self-motivated and able to respond to challenges.
The applicant should be willing to travel effectively and efficiently. A driving licence is essential and a pool car may be available, however, applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes, if required.
This is a full time post of 37 hours per week, to be worked Monday to Friday, in accordance with service requirements. This post is fixed term until 31st October 2026.
