We are seeking a passionate chef to join a truly unique restaurant set within an 18th-century walled garden in South Wiltshire. This is a rare opportunity for a chef who wants to work with produce from garden to plate – growing, foraging, and cooking over fire. If you care about seasonality, sustainability, and provenance – and want to learn from a great teacher – this is the role for you.
The Restaurant:
Primarily daytime operation
Charcoal and asado grill cooking
Green Michelin Star & Michelin Bib Gourmand
45 seats in winter, 100 in summer
Small team of 3 chefs

Work alongside a top Executive Chef
Lead service, manage sections, ordering, and stock control
Contribute to menu development
