Research Site Operations Administrator - Permanent Position
The Company

Your new role
As a Research Site Operations Administrator, your responsibilities include:
* Providing secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Director and the Research Site Operations team.
* Managing and improving administration systems and processes.
* Facilitating meetings: booking rooms, sending invites, and taking minutes.
* Logging and acting as a point of contact for helpdesk tickets for the HRL facility, ensuring timely completion and feedback.
* Becoming the subject matter expert for RSO in the One trust system, Maximo, SAP, and Ariba systems.
* Acting as a link between scientific staff, Business Effectiveness, and EEL Finance regarding purchasing and goods receipting.
* Participating in ‘Special Projects’ as required.
* This is a permanent, part-time position (4 hours a day, 5 days a week).
What are we looking for?
* GCSE level education, with A levels or equivalent advantageous.
* Training in office administration or strong administrative background.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
* Good time management and self-motivation.
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
* Ability to work well within a small team and communicate effectively at various levels, including external suppliers and senior management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
