We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our UCC team at BD. In this ICB‑targeted role you will be responsible for new business development, strategic product commercialisation, and establishing centres of excellence and key opinion leader relationships. You will develop and execute commercial plans to enable successful business roll‑outs and drive market expansion for our innovative Urinary Management Solutions.
You will be hungry for success and a natural engager with NHS decision makers. You have proven experience in the continence and/or medical device/homecare industry, or a strong clinical/market‑development background (minimum 5years). You hold a degree in Life Sciences or have equivalent experience in the medical device industry. You are a strong team player with high ethics, are available for UK travel (at least 50% mobility across the country), and possess senior engagement, leadership and influencing skills for all levels of the business and the continence market.
You are proficient in IT tools including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI and Salesforce (SFDC) for insightful business analysis and reporting. You can analyse market and sales trends as they relate to the product portfolio and have experience working with ICB leaders and decision makers.
