Description About the Role: This role requires someone immediately available and able to commit to a 12-month contract We are seeking an organised and proactive Client Operations Administrator to join our busy Client Operations team in Leeds. This role is key to supporting our day-to-day operations, with a focus on invoicing and administration. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work to deadlines, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Process client invoices accurately and in a timely manner Maintain records and manage administrative tasks for the operations team Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth operational delivery Provide general administrative support as required Requirements: Strong administrative and organisational skills Previous experience in invoicing or finance administration desirable Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Able to work independently and as part of a team Immediately available and able to commit to a 12-month contract Additional Information: Location: Leeds office (some flexibility may be discussed) This is an immediate requirement – applicants must be able to start quickly Please note: We do not accept CVs from agencies and no fees will be payable
