Position
Content Writer – write and optimise content across our three e-commerce websites, ensuring our customers get accurate information about the products they’re looking for.
Main responsibilities
* Write short-form and long-form copy for online channels, maintaining our brand voice and supporting user engagement and conversions.
* Support the Content Manager by creating on-page content for product-specific pages and other web-based copy.
* Ensure SEO best practice is maintained and content is optimised for search.
* Assist with product copy, liaising with the Content Manager and the Product team.
* Assist with the creation and development of case studies and other internal support materials for the Business Services team.
* Create blog articles aligned with ongoing promotions, sales initiatives, and strategic product campaigns.
* Report on key content deliverables and performance metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
* Upload product page content, category page content, and blog articles as required.

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
Desired attributes
* Experience in writing copy optimised for search, including search intent, HTML tags, internal links, and on-page SEO. Training available for those willing to learn.
* Experience using e-commerce platforms and WordPress.
* Experience using keyword research tools.
* Adaptable to industry trends and changes.
* Ability to interpret reporting data using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
