Kingswood Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-established financial services firm based in Ipswich to recruit a Senior Benefits Administrator.
This is a key role within the team, providing high-quality support to ensure Employee Services Consultants and Directors can consistently deliver exceptional service to clients.
Key responsibilities
* Support and train team members to maintain a high-quality service
* Provide high quality technical support
* Prepare accurate reports, quotes, and client documents
* Improve processes and update templates to boost efficiency
* Manage claims, renewals, and scheme updates, keeping all parties informed.
* Handle new business enquiries promptly and professionally
* Process client claims and provide regular updates
* Keep all documentation and records accurate and up to date
Skills & experience required
* Active CPD
* Experience in working in for a Employee Benefits Consultancy or IFA specialising in Employee Benefits
* Working towards Diploma level 4
* Proficient in Group Schemes
* Strong industry knowledge
* Report writing and presentation skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
