We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing company in the construction design sector, looking to add a Technical Coordinator to their collaborative team. You’ll act as a key link between the design and project teams, ensuring technical drawings and information are accurate, aligned, and efficiently delivered across all stages of a project.
Key Duties:

* Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential; 3D/Revit a plus)
* Understanding of construction workflows and detailing
* Strong organisation and version control skills
* 1-2 years in a technical/design support role
* Relevant qualification (HNC/HND or degree in Design, Construction or related)
* Experience with roofing, waterproofing or insulation layouts is highly beneficial
What We’re Looking For
* Coordinate between designers and project teams
* Produce and amend 2D CAD drawings (e.g., insulation layouts, roof falls)
* Manage technical documents and drawing registers
* Support with compliance packs and handover documents
* Respond to technical queries and assist project coordination
