Role: German-speaking Service Coordinator
Coordinate daily field service operations across EMEA, manage service tasks in D365, liaise with internal teams and distributors, and ensure smooth delivery of customer support.
Key Tasks:
* Schedule engineering jobs and maintenance
* Handle service orders, quotations, and invoicing
* Communicate with call centres and internal stakeholders
* Track KPIs and support process improvements
Requirements:
* 35 years experience in service coordination
* Fluent in German and English
* Skilled in D365, Microsoft Office, and CRM
* Strong organisational and communication skills
