Junior Consultant or Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant or Principal Consultants considered
Niche industry - all consultants have their own market so no crossover
Warm desk - the client work with 80% of the market already
Cold calling business development experience essential
Contract & Permanent desks available
1-2 days remote working each week (applicable after the first 3 months)
Base salaries £25-£45K DOE
Commission paid with no threshold up to 35%
Regular team social events
Any previous sector experience considered
We are looking for go getting recruiters, with a sense or urgency about the way they work, someone who is money motivated is essential
Really nice down to earth team, all support each-other, with no big egos allowed!
