What will your responsibilities be? As a Band 7 CBT Therapist, you will provide high-quality, structured psychological therapy using CBT models to individuals referred through primary or secondary care mental health services. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop collaborative treatment plans, and deliver individual and group-based interventions. You will also contribute to clinical supervision, service development, and outcome monitoring, working closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure integrated care.
