Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting teaching staff in the delivery of lessons and classroom management
* Working with small groups or one-to-one with students, including those with SEN
* Assisting with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Providing pastoral support to students, helping them to build confidence and resilience
* Helping to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment
