Love pubs, beer, food and creating marketing that gets people through the door?
We’re looking for a creative, organised and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our team and help bring our pub brands to life. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in delivering exciting campaigns, supporting our pubs and promoting everything from seasonal food launches to award-winning heritage ales.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, loves hospitality and wants to build their marketing career in a fast-moving pub and brewing business.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Bringing Our Pub Brands to Life – you will be the brand guardian for your pubs!
2. Support the delivery of marketing plans across our pub concepts and beer brands
3. Help coordinate and lead campaigns, promotions and seasonal activity
4. Work with pub teams to make sure marketing activity is executed brilliantly in site
5. Creating Campaigns That Drive Visits & sales growth
6. Help plan and deliver campaigns around key calendar events, food launches and beer occasions
7. Coordinate marketing materials including POS, digital assets and promotional content
8. Support social media activity across our brands
9. Lead video shoots and content creation for your brands & campaigns
10. Supporting the brewery & beer marketing
11. Celebrate beer culture through engaging content and campaigns
12. Work closely with the digital marketing exec to execute brand relevant digital and CRM activity
13. Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
14. Review marketing performance and analytics with the wider team
15. Support communication of marketing activity to pub teams and Operations
16. Attend site visits, meetings and openings where required
17. Ensure all marketing materials are on brand and professionally presented
18. Monitor competitor activity and hospitality trends
What We’re Looking For
19. 2+ years marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, food & drink, retail or leisure
20. A genuine interest in pubs, beer and hospitality culture
21. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
22. Creative thinking with a hands-on approach
23. Good influencing and communication skills
24. Ability to lead and deliver projects on time, to a high standard
25. Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and getting stuck in
26. Driving license
