A role that keeps everything moving
Our Planned Works & Capital Works team plays a huge part in making sure our homes stay safe, modern and well‑maintained. From kitchen and bathroom refurbishments to roof replacements, window and door upgrades, redecoration programmes and zero‑carbon retrofit projects, this team is at the heart of improving the places our customers call home.
We're now looking for a highly organised, proactive Coordinator to join us on a 12‑month FTC and help keep our programmes running smoothly.

About The Role
You'll work closely with our administrators, managers and delivery teams to support a wide range of planned works programmes. No two days will look the same, one moment you might be updating schedules or preparing documentation, the next you'll be liaising with customers, contractors or colleagues to keep projects on track.
You'll also provide ad‑hoc support across Property Services, helping ensure our wider teams have the information and coordination they need to deliver excellent services.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting the delivery of planned works programmes including kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, roofing, redecoration and retrofit projects
* Working collaboratively with administrators, managers, contractors and internal teams
* Keeping customers updated throughout the duration of works
* Maintaining accurate records, databases and documentation
* Managing incoming enquiries and providing excellent customer service
* Helping plan workloads, schedule activities and support project delivery
* Ensuring information is shared clearly and promptly with all stakeholders
* Providing general administrative and coordination support across Property Services
About You
You're someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys being the person who keeps everything running smoothly. You're organised, accurate, and confident communicating with a wide range of people - from customers to contractors to colleagues.
You'll Bring

* The ability to work well in a team, while also managing tasks independently

* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong IT skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
* Confidence updating databases and maintaining accurate records

* Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* A practical, "hands‑on" approach and plenty of common sense
