We are a global manufacturing company, seeking a HRIS Director to to lead our global HRIS team to own the global HR technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy, regulatory requirements and industry best standard.
In this role you will be providing ongoing strategic evaluation of HR systems to ensure scalability, security, and long-term value. You will partner with HR leadership, IT, Security and Architecture teams to translate HR and business needs into effective system solutions.
Based in Surrey, but as part of a the wider HR global function, you will:
* Lead the design, implementation, delivery, and support of HR technology platforms, standards, and related procedures.
* Oversee demand management for the HRIS platform, including governance, prioritization, resource allocation, and alignment with the annual HR process calendar.
* Manage system enhancements, projects, integrations, and break/fix activities to successful completion.
* Maintain overall accountability for HR data integrity, quality, accuracy, timeliness, and usability across core systems and downstream applications.
* Establish proactive data governance practices, audits, and controls to support reliable reporting and analytics.
* Establish and maintain standardized HR reporting to support leadership decision‑making and workforce insights.
* Lead and develop a global HRIS team, setting clear priorities, building capability, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Serve as a trusted partner to HR Business Partners and HR functional leaders, driving solutions from concept through execution.
* Manage vendor relationships, including selection, governance, performance management, and value realization.
Ideally you will have at least 10 years experience within the HR function including extensive exposure to HR Operations, Shared Services and HR technology including expertise in SAP SuccessFactors including implementation and ongoing optimisation. You will have demonstrated experience managing HR information systems in a complex, multi‑country environment. Additionally you must have strong leadership capability with the ability to influence, motivate, and collaborate across functions as well as proven experience with vendor management, including RFI/RFP processes, negotiation, and implementation.
In this role you will be leading a team of 6 direct reports that are globally dispersed therefore if you have management experience in a similar environment this would be beneficial.
