Your Role as Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Provide high-quality care and education, ensuring each child's individual needs are met in a safe and nurturing environment.
* Plan and deliver engaging early years activities that cater to each child's unique learning and development.
* Collaborate with a dynamic team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
* Conduct risk assessments and report any health and safety concerns to management.
* Support the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you will need:
* Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification: Essential
* Fluency in written and spoken English: Essential
* Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years: Desirable
* Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS: Desirable
