Job Title: Area Sales Support Manager
Location: Essex/East Anglia Coast
Basic Salary: GBP 35,000 per annum (Increasing once probation has been passed)
OTE: GBP 60,000 : GBP 65,000 per annum
Additional Benefits: Travel and daily food allowances provided

: Travel to different retail sites, offering direct support to store teams
: Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and operational standards
: Lead by example, sharing best practices and delivering in:the:moment coaching
: Step into store leadership roles when required to maintain service and standards
: Report back on findings and feedback to help shape strategic decisions
: Be the go:to person for on:the:ground problem:solving and team motivation
Successful Applicant
: Proven experience in a multi:site or high:volume retail environment
: Flexible to travel across the Essex and East Anglia coast with regular overnight stays
: A confident leader with a hands:on, can:do attitude
: Excellent communicator with strong commercial awareness
: Able to work independently and adapt quickly to different teams and challenges
: Passionate about delivering high standards and inspiring others to do the same
