A dynamic self-starter sales role managing £3 million of key accounts based in Warwickshire. Field sales / On the road.
40% account management, 60% new business.
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 with a £600 car allowance, fuel card, and uncapped OTE (£10,000 - £15,000 in Year 1). 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

This is a new business hunter role requiring experience selling into engineering, manufacturing, automotive, or construction, with average deal values between £30,000 - £150,000. Understanding of these sectors is essential.
You must have a flair for new business, as well as the ability to manage and grow existing accounts.
Focus on revenue generation, new account acquisition, and account development. Sell high-quality bespoke solutions and cross-sell other group services.
We seek a proactive, hunter mentality sales professional.
Location: Midlands-based SME (UK Group Manufacturer with £30M T/O).
Candidate requirements:
* 5+ years selling technical/engineering solutions into UK manufacturing
* Contacts and experience in Automotive, Construction, or Manufacturing sectors
* Field sales experience with a self-starter, growth-oriented mindset
* Upbeat, can-do personality with drive and strong work ethic
* Mechanical qualification is a bonus but not essential
* Ability to communicate effectively with target customers and leverage existing relationships
* Self-motivated, transparent, down-to-earth, and a strong communicator
* Reporting to the Sales Director
