Hours: Monday - Thursday (9am - 5:30pm), Friday (9am - 5pm)

Your Role:
In this pivotal position, you will be instrumental in amplifying the firm's thought leadership and public communications. Collaborate with a dynamic team to create, edit, and publish engaging content that resonates with our audience across various channels, including LinkedIn and our website.
Key Responsibilities:
9. Content Creation & Copywriting: Craft clear and compelling content, from legal articles to press releases and firm updates.
10. Campaign Planning: Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns while maintaining a strategic content calendar.
11. Social Media Management: Curate and manage our LinkedIn presence, ensuring high-quality, engaging content that reflects our brand identity.
12. Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with internal teams to gather insights and ensure timely content delivery.
13. Press Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets to enhance our visibility.
14. Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on content performance, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
15. Brand Management: Support the Marketing Director and Managing Partner in shaping and delivering the firm's brand positioning and visual identity.
What You will bring:
16. Proven experience in communications, content creation, or marketing, ideally within a legal or professional services setting.
17. A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
18. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts in an accessible manner.
19. Familiarity with SEO principles and current digital marketing trends, including the influence of AI on content strategy.
20. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
