Admin Planner – Social Housing / Voids / Reactive Maintenance Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 per annum (DOE) Location: Portman Close – On-site Working Hours: 8:00am to 16:00pm About Us Our client are a leading property services company specialising in social housing, voids, and reactive maintenance. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality, efficient, and reliable services to housing associations, local councils, and private landlords. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Admin Planner to join their dedicated team. The Role As an Admin Planner, you will be at the heart of our clients operations, ensuring seamless coordination between tenants, contractors, and supervisors. Your role will involve planning, scheduling, and overseeing works to ensure KPIs and deadlines are consistently met. Key Responsibilities: * Contact tenants to confirm dates/times for works, ensuring clear communication. * Book work appointments and allocate contractors efficiently. * Use SOR coding for job scheduling and work orders. * Issue purchase orders for materials and manage company vehicle fleet. * Upload photo evidence to systems and maintain accurate digital records. * Liaise with clients for weekly/monthly progress updates. * Work closely with supervisors to ensure works are delivered on time and within scope. What We’re Looking For: * Essential: Admin experience within a Housing Association, Local Council, or similar contractor (e.g., Mears, Wates, Kier). * Essential: Experience with SOR coding in a social housing environment. * Strong computer literacy, including client portals, CRM systems, and proficiency in Excel. * Excellent written and spoken English. * Organised, adaptable, and able to work under pressure. * Confident communicator, able to liaise calmly with tenants and contractors. * Financial experience with QuickBooks or Xero is advantageous.
