The role: Account Manager – Client Services | Performance Marketing Contract : Permanent / Full time - Monday to Friday (with flexitime, within reason)
Salary : £28k to £32k basic (DOE) + benefits
Location : Near to Blackburn, Lancashire - hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home)
Absolutely NO relocation or sponsorship - You MUST already live within a commutable distance
We’re on the lookout for a commercially minded, relationship-led Account Manager with proven agency-side experience in performance marketing. You’ll be the linchpin between our delivery teams and clients—ensuring projects smash expectations, KPIs are met, and client relationships thrive.
✅ Must-Haves
Agency-side experience in Account Management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Commercial mindset with a focus on client retention and growth
Solid grasp of the digital landscape (Paid Media, SEO, CRO etc.)
Detail-oriented and highly organised
Proven relationship-builder at all levels
Good to Have
Confident in reporting, data analysis & turning insights into action
Comfortable juggling multiple projects and stakeholders
Experience working on performance marketing for eCommerce or lead-gen clients
Experience with client escalations and strategic consulting
