Position: Business Development Manager – Water Coolers
Location: London, Hatfield, Enfield, Romford, Brentwood, Dartford, Sevenoaks, Croydon, Bromley, Staines, Slough, Windsor, High Wycombe, Uxbridge, Crawley, St Albans, Luton, Guildford.
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 base, with realistic OTE £42,000 – £60,000 (uncapped, paid monthly), plus a company car, pension, and other benefits.

We are a leading provider of innovative water solutions with a strong national presence across the UK. We serve a diverse client base and pride ourselves on quality and innovation. We are expanding our HoReCa division and seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team.
The Role
The Business Development Manager will drive growth by selling water cooler solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. The role involves 70% new business development and 30% account management/customer service, supported by a dedicated telesales colleague within a focused team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Selling bottled and POU water coolers to new and existing SME clients
* Cold calling — generating 20+ business contacts daily and attending 1–2 qualified leads per day
* Managing and growing your sales pipeline
* Conducting on-site plumbing suitability surveys
* Maintaining key accounts, reducing churn, and maximizing opportunities
* Logging all activity in the CRM and updating the database daily
* Handling customer queries to ensure satisfaction and retention
