JobPurpose:
ABusiness Manager / Product Manager owns the complete responsibilityfor the performance ofthe
Product Category /Brand.
Responsibilities:
Planown and achieve sales targets for the concerned brands and productcategories and
deliverconsistentresults
Deliver majorityshare of business of the Brands and ProductCategories
Delivercommercial excellence in brand management including Achievement ofSellin / Sellout
targetsInventory management Ageing Stock GP Profitability etc as perdefinedguidelines
Devise andExecute Marketing Activities to increase visibility awareness andlead generation for
theBrand / ProductCategories
Develop closeVendor relationships with Key Management Sales Managers PreSalesand
OperationsTeams
Engage and developclose relationships with Keycustomers
Keep apprisedof market trends dynamics competition brands and distributionactivities
Manageoperations such as Price Lists Vendor and Customer PO booking StockAllocation
StockTransfers and Reporting requirements of the brand with the help ofthe backendteam.
Requirement:
AnyGraduate/MBA from a wellknown institute/university
2 years ofrelevantexperience
Excelexperience
Excellentcommunication skills wellversed with recent commercial &marketingtrends
Domain:
Business/Brand/ Product experience in at least one or more domainsof NetworkingSurveillance
AccessControl Fire Safety or anyotherIT relatedIndustry.
Effectivelymanage vendor / partnerrelationships
Ability tomanage sales team / pre sales team across thecountry.
Ability to takeresponsibility of the profitability of the Business /Brand.
Manage and planthe inventory asrequired.
Otherrequirements in the order ofimportance.
