Service Delivery Associate

Join the Service Delivery team at a leading IT reseller, supporting a portfolio of managed service clients across the UK. In this role, you'll manage the shared client inbox, coordinate service responses, report on SLAs, and ensure consistent, high-quality support. It's a great opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service, strong organisation skills, and an eye for detail.

What we’re looking for:
* 1–2 years in a customer-facing or service delivery role (ideally in IT)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisation and time management
* Confident using Microsoft Office tools
