Peripatetic Centre Manager at Oasis Runcorn
Location: Oasis Runcorn, Cheshire
Hours: 40 hours per week - flexibility required
Salary: £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We're Looking for Someone Who:
* Holds a Health & Social Care Management Qualification at QCF Level 5 (or equivalent)
* Has experience in therapeutic services, with knowledge of addiction recovery and substance misuse settings
* Can successfully oversee centre operations, ensuring compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards
* Is confident managing budgets and resources effectively
* Can motivate, lead, and support a diverse team of staff and volunteers
* Is resilient in managing challenging behaviour and promoting positive outcomes
* Is flexible, adaptable, and committed to ongoing professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure Oasis Runcorn meets all regulatory and safeguarding requirements
* Maintain and enhance the therapeutic recovery programme
* Oversee therapeutic interventions and social inclusion initiatives
* Produce accurate reports and data for compliance and performance monitoring
* Drive client engagement and retention to achieve occupancy goals
* Manage staff performance, training, and wellbeing
* Oversee day-to-day operations, including facilities and health & safety compliance
