An exciting opportunity to join the busy IT Support Team in Bristol. An administrative function which supports the wider IT Department in its financial and asset management needs. The team is a small but dedicated function delivering high value to the business with data accuracy and business efficiency.
The role combines distribution of IT equipment, accurate record keeping and high customer service with support for departmental financial management, stock and license management and supplier liaison.

Your Role
As a Senior IT Admin Support Assistant your day to day remit includes:
* Supporting the team manager with oversight of our IT Asset records management and IT equipment distribution, including supporting our Joiners, Leavers and Transfers process, auditing and supervision.
* Financial management including peer reviews, auditing, generating purchase orders, reconciliation of invoices, supporting the team manager with software renewals and department budget planning.
* Procurement of goods and services within an agreed budget, liaising with suppliers and supply chain.
* Project Support, License management, policy review management and analysis of dashboards.
Your Skills and Experience
