The Role & Your Journey As a 360-Consultant, you will own the entire process, from the first "cold" coffee with a C-Suite Exec, to the final placement follow-up. While you will eventually have support from our delivery function, we need a consultant who leads from the front, mastering both the high-level strategic sell and the high-touch candidate experience. Once established, your next step will be to Client Engagement Partner. This is where your role becomes "180" and focused solely on bringing in Permanent and Interim opportunities. Fully supported by our best-in-class Delivery function, you will compete to become our top-Partner, where we have developed multiple £1m billers Your Impact Strategic Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities within Public Sector/Higher Education. You will be on the phone and in the room with Senior Leaders, identifying pain points before they become vacancies. Full Lifecycle Delivery: Lead the recruitment process from start to finish. This includes taking deep, consultative client briefings, writing compelling briefs, and managing the end-to-end candidate journey. High-Level Networking & Brand: Act as a true industry peer. You’ll attend events and contribute to thought leadership to raise your personal brand, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to ambitious executive leaders.
