At Steer Automotive Group, we set the standard for vehicle repair, safety, and customer satisfaction. We are currently recruiting an experienced MET Technician (Mechanical, Electrical and Trim Technician) to join our growing team in Cambuslang or Bellshill.

Key Responsibilities
14. Carry out dismantling and reassembly (strip and fit) of vehicles in line with manufacturer repair methods
15. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
16. Complete all work to a high standard, ensuring safety and quality compliance
17. Work collaboratively within a bodyshop / accident repair team
18. Ensure efficient turnaround of vehicles to meet business targets
Requirements
19. Proven experience as an MET Technician, Strip Fitter, or Vehicle Technician in an accident repair centre or bodyshop
20. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and trim systems
21. ATA accreditation (preferred but not essential)
22. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
23. High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
