Position Overview:
We are seeking 3 experienced Senior Project Managers to join our NPD commercialization team. You will lead a team of 1-3 commercialization project managers responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a pipeline of Innovation, Supply Optimization, Productivity, Promotions, and Maintenance projects across our Monster, Affordable, and Strategic Brand portfolio into the rapidly growing, high traffic EMEA region.
Working closely with the Director of Commercial and Supply Chain Programmes, you will be accountable for approximately 600 (SKU level) projects annually across multiple regions within EMEA and own the commercialization relationship with regional bottling partners. Collaborating with local and global commercial and operations stakeholders, you will ensure clarity of project scope and successful implementation, personally and through your team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organization, results orientation, team management skills, and experience in upstream and downstream FMCG project delivery, motivated by a passion for the Monster brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management of Complex Programmes: Lead scoping and delivery of innovation, optimization, and productivity programs within the NPD portfolio, from concept to launch. Coordinate multiple projects, prioritize, and manage cross-functional teams across EMEA regions. Anticipate and mitigate risks to ensure success.
* Team Management: Manage a team of 3-5 project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure on-time, in-full delivery. Mentor team members for performance and career growth. Conduct performance reviews and set objectives.
* Enable High-Quality Team Performance: Conduct quality audits, address deviations, and facilitate informed decision-making through thorough analysis and documentation.
* Develop Influential Relationships: Build trust with commercial, operational, and external partners. Collaborate to understand needs, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus, respecting cultural differences.
* Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Understand department processes, identify opportunities to streamline workflows, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
* Utilize Data Analysis and Reporting: Use data tools to analyze project performance, generate reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
* Contribution to NPD Strategy & Engagement: Collaborate with leadership to shape strategy, contribute insights, and foster an engaging environment.
About You:
* Proficiency in Project Management: Deep understanding of methodologies, tools, and leading project teams within a stage-gate process.
* Team Management: Experience managing 1-3 team members, supporting their development.
* End-to-End NPD Delivery: Knowledge of FMCG product development from conception to delivery.
* Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP for sourcing and analyzing project data.
* Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to engage and align stakeholders.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing processes and data.
* Process Optimization: Ability to improve workflows and project management practices.
* Risk Management: Proven ability to manage risks and issues effectively.
* Strategic Planning: Capable of developing and executing strategic plans.
