Job Overview
Black Country Women’s Aid is seeking a highly skilled Modern Slavery Outreach Advocate to deliver frontline support to victims of modern slavery and their children in the West Midlands area. The role involves risk assessment, journey planning, case review and recovery support.
Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive risk and needs assessments for modern slavery victims.
* Plan, coordinate and monitor recovery journeys and case reviews.
* Provide compassionate and timely frontline service to female and male clients and their children.
* Maintain accurate case documentation and report outcomes.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary agencies and support networks.
Qualifications
* Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday‑Friday schedule.
* Salary: £24,315.30 – £26,917.29 per annum.
* Experience working with adults who have experienced trauma and abuse.
* Excellent communication, empathy, and problem‑solving skills.
* Right to work in the UK and willingness to undergo DBS checks.
