What You’ll Do: Act as a trusted advisor to managers, guiding on policies, people processes, and organisational change. Drive employee engagement and support complex employee relations cases with fairness and care. Partner with our Talent, Reward, and HR Operations teams to deliver on learning, development, performance, and reward agendas. Help implement strategies that enhance performance and employee experience Champion DEI and contribute to building a collaborative, inclusive workplace. What We’re Looking For: Experienced generalist HR Business Partners within a matrixed or fast-paced environment. A strong grasp of UK employment law and best practice HR approaches. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience).
