We are looking for experienced and ambitious Skilled Shift PSV Engineers to join Arriva, based at our Harlow depot.
As a PSV Engineer, your role would involve carrying out planned and preventative maintenance along with diagnostic fault finding and reactive repairs to a fleet of commercially operated buses & coaches, to the strict standards set by both Arriva, and the DVSA.

The role will involve:
* Servicing, maintenance and repairs to Arriva and DVSA standards.
* Continuous improvement of vehicle reliability.
* MOT preparation, planned preventative maintenance campaigns and quality checks.
* Vehicle fault diagnosis and ensuring reliability and maintenance is kept to Arriva Standards (Higher than DVSA).
* Attending roadside breakdowns.
* Early/Day shift rota covers 5 out of 7 days Sunday to Saturday working with shift start times as early as 0400
* Late / Night Shift rota covers 5 days out of 7 Sunday to Saturday with shift times being 17:30-02:00
* All shifts include a 30 min unpaid and 15 min paid break
Requirements:
* Qualifications for PSV/HGV maintenance and repair - Minimum of NVQ level 3 or any equivalent international qualification (will require confirmation).
* A full UK driving licence (6 points or less).
* Ability to be passed fit for a PCV pre-employment medical.
