At Deblock, we are building the first bank onchain: simple, non-custodial, and human. We’re looking for a Junior Creative Designer to join our marketing team and help shape how Deblock looks, feels, and moves across every channel.
This is a hands‑on, high‑output role. If you are the kind of person who has a folder full of side projects, experiments, and "I just wanted to see if this would work" pieces, we want to hear from you.
What we are looking for
* Early‑Career Creative: You’re at the start of your design career and hungry to grow. A degree in design, art direction, or a related field is great, but your portfolio matters more.
* Figma Native: You live in Figma – clean files, components, auto‑layout, shared libraries. This is your primary workspace and it shows.
* Motion + Static Range: Your portfolio demonstrates strong work across both static and motion design. You’re comfortable in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
* Creative Restlessness: You don’t wait to be briefed. You follow trends, try new formats, and push yourself to experiment. You have genuine creative taste and opinions.
* Multilingual: Excellent English plus at least one other European language (French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian).
What will make you stand out
* Performance Creative Intuition: You understand that a paid ad isn’t just "pretty" – you’ve thought about what makes someone stop scrolling.
* Video & Content Fluency: You’ve created content for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts and understand native formats.
* Crypto / Web3 Curiosity: You have a genuine interest in fintech, crypto, or decentralised finance – even if you’re still learning.
What you’ll be working on
* Performance Marketing Creatives: Design static and motion assets for paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels. Iterate fast, test often.
* Organic Social Content: Create engaging content for Deblock’s social media presence across Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
* Multi‑Market Adaptation: Adapt creative assets across formats, languages, and markets – helping Deblock speak visually to six European countries.
* Campaign Contributions: Bring fresh ideas to launches, brand moments, and always‑on creative. You’ll work within and help evolve Deblock’s visual identity.
