The Opportunity:
My client, working within the technology sector, is currently looking to recruit a Customer Success Executive on a permanent basis. In this role, you will bring energy and enthusiasm to support long-term, positive relationships with customers and explore opportunities to extend service offerings.
The ideal candidate is driven, solution-focused, capable of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and has a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment while setting and achieving high goals.
The successful candidate should have strong interpersonal skills. Although not a technical role, the Customer Success Executive will be expected to develop and maintain a solid technical understanding of the company's products and services.
Skills and Experience:
* Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with assigned clients.
* Ensure clients receive services within their budget and meet their needs. Discover and up-sell/cross-sell opportunities to extend service offerings.
* Ensure timely renewal of all contracts.
* Visit and host clients to foster close bonds and a “can do” attitude, including out-of-hours events.
* Generate progress reports for clients, the Customer Success Manager, and senior staff.
* Work closely with the Sales Team and liaise with the Technical Team on behalf of clients.
* Develop and maintain a sound technical understanding of the company's products and services.
* Undertake training and assist in training new or existing staff as required.
* Adhere to all company procedures and guidelines.
