The successful candidate will work closely with executive and senior stakeholders to ensure initiatives are effectively planned, tracked, and delivered against key performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the CEO in driving corporate objectives and strategic priorities across the business
* Coordinate and track project plans, ensuring clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables are defined
* Monitor and report on project performance metrics, identifying risks and ensuring corrective actions are implemented
* Engage with senior stakeholders to gather updates, maintain momentum, and ensure accountability
* Facilitate regular project review meetings, ensuring alignment to business goals
* Produce high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership
* Support overall project control, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and visibility of progress
Skills & Experience
* Recent graduate or early-career professional
* Strong organisational and project coordination skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Ability to work confidently with senior leadership
* Demonstrated enthusiasm for digital innovation and AI
* Analytical mindset with experience or interest in tracking KPIs and performance metrics
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
* Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Proven ability to "get things done"
This is a 6 month fixed term contract opportunity that offers direct exposure to CEO level decision making, providing valuable insight into corporate strategy and operations within a manufacturing environment.
