Overview
A family in Barnes, London is seeking a Live-in or Live-out Nanny to care for their baby due in September and three school-aged children. Their current Norland nanny is leaving after 2.5 years. They are looking for a calm, outdoorsy nanny who can drive. A valid first aid qualification is essential, and a driver is required. A confident swimmer is preferred as the children love swimming.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 7:30 pm. Accommodation: Own room with bathroom.
Responsibilities
* Prepare milk for the child
* Organise the child’s daily schedule
* Change nappies and maintain hygiene
* Clean and sterilise bottles
* Establish and maintain a nap routine
* Wash and dress the children
* Engage the children in play and interactive activities
* Monitor the children’s development and update the parents
* Ensure the children's safety, well-being, and happiness at all times
* Escort the children to doctors’ appointments and support the bedtime routine
* Organise and manage the children’s clothes
* Carry out laundry and ironing of the children’s clothes
* Keep the children’s room clean, tidy, and well-organised
* Do occasional grocery shopping for the children’s supplies
Qualifications
* Driver’s licence and ability to drive
* Valid first aid qualification
* Calm, outdoorsy disposition with comfort around babies and school-aged children
* Confident swimmer (preferred)
