Job Title: Business Analyst
I'm recruiting for a Business Analyst to join a growing business in Cambridge, with the goal of driving business performance and enhancing customer satisfaction through optimal use of IT systems and efficient processes.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in the office for collaboration. Please note, there is no on-site parking; candidates should live within a commutable distance from Cambridge City Centre via foot or public transport.
Responsibilities include:
1. Analyzing existing business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities.
2. Implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and productivity, working closely with IT teams.
3. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, documenting specifications, and analyzing data using tools like Excel or Power BI.
4. Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented solutions and making continuous improvements.
This role suits an experienced Business Analyst seeking a dynamic, innovative environment with opportunities for professional growth.
Requirements:
* Prior experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
* Data analysis and visualization skills (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
* Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment.
* Experience with CRM systems and business process management software.
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
