Salary: £31,323 Pro rata x 6 months
Were looking for a proactive Resource & Scheduling Co-ordinator to keep the Maintenance teams running like clockwork. From scheduling and planning to problem-solving and customer support, youll play a vital role in making sure that the homes are safe, compliant and well looked after.
What youll do:
Own and manage daily scheduling across operational teams.
Keep everything on track from planned works to urgent response jobs.
Build great relationships with colleagues, customers and contractors.
Solve problems on the spot to keep things moving.
Support with compliance, records and Health & Safety.
What were looking for:
Strong organisation and planning skills.
Confident with Microsoft Office and digital scheduling/CRM systems.
Clear communicator who thrives in a busy environment.
Customer-focused with a knack for problem solving.
