1. Role: Customer Service Administrator

2. Start: ASAP

3. Term: Temp for approx. 2 months with the potential for a permanent role

4. Salary: £27K - £29K/£14.00 - £15.00 per hour

5. Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm Mon - Friday (4pm finish on a Friday and 1 hour lunch)

6. Location: Aylesford (Fully office based)




What You'll Do:



7. Job Allocation & Workflow: Triage jobs, manage escalations, monitor PPM/Extra Works, ensure RAMS compliance.

8. System Management: Update job statuses and purchase orders in Clik.

9. Quotation Management: Prepare, submit, and chase quotes; coordinate amendments.

10. Portal Management: Oversee job progression across client portals and MCAP tasks.

11. Reporting & Compliance: Weekly KPI reporting; maintain contractual and H&S compliance.

12. Financial Administration: Resolve invoice queries with finance and operations teams.

13. Proven experience in Customer Service/Administration or a similar role

14. A construction back ground would be an advantage

15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer satisfaction is key

16. A proactive approach to identifying client needs and offering innovative solutions

17. A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
