We’re on the lookout for a passionate tutor to support secondary-aged students who are currently not in mainstream education (Permantly Excluded students), right here in the Redcar/Marske/Saltburn area. What’s the role about? You’ll work one-to-one with students at Key Stage 3 and 4, helping them re-engage with learning and grow in confidence. Whether it’s brushing up on maths, building literacy skills, or just being a steady, supportive presence, you’ll be part of something powerful. Tuition sessions will either take place in the students home or within local family hubs/libraries so holding a driving licence is desirable. You’ll need: Experience working with KS3 and KS4 learners A calm, confident, and nurturing approach A flair for adapting your style to meet each student’s unique needs Bonus points if you’ve worked with students outside mainstream settings before!
