Your Role

As an Engagement Manager at Treasure AI, you will play a critical role in orchestrating the successful delivery of data platforms and AI-driven solutions for Fortune 1000/G2k customers. You will manage complex, cross‑functional projects, serving as the customer’s primary advocate and ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction. This role requires proactive partnership with both client and internal teams, deep expertise in project delivery, and a growing skill set in AI and agent technology.

What Success Looks Like

* Customer projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
* Issues and risks are efficiently tracked, communicated, and resolved across multiple stakeholders.
* Treasure AI solutions deliver demonstrated business value with measurable ROI.
* You serve as a strategic partner, helping clients realize new data‑driven use cases and scale adoption of AI‑powered solutions.
* Internal teams and customers alike seek your expertise in AI, agent enablement, and advanced data orchestration.

Responsibilities

* Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships with business, technical, and executive stakeholders.
* Plan, coordinate, and drive all phases of the implementation and ongoing projects—from kickoff through go‑live and post‑launch activities.
* Manage the entire engagement lifecycle, including scheduling, resource allocation, deliverables, risks, issues, and change requests.
* Facilitate project meetings, including client project stand‑ups, internal stand‑ups, executive Steering Committee sessions, and requirements/design workshops.
* Track and document issues, action items, decisions, and key metrics using project management tools (e.g., Smartsheets, Jira).
* Ensure project plans are co‑owned by the team and proactively probe for dependencies, blockers, and delivery risks.
* Coordinate cross‑functional Treasure AI teams (e.g., Functional Consultants, Solution Architects, Data Engineers) and partner resources, ensuring efficient and high‑quality service delivery.
* Act as a strategic advisor to the customer, aligning Treasure Data capabilities to business goals and uncovering new value opportunities (including NRR/expansion).
* Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and enablement activities for use cases centered on Customer Data Platform (CDP), segmentation, personalization, and digital marketing analytics.
* Support enablement of internal and customer teams through documentation, train‑the‑trainer, and self‑service educational resources.
* Advocate for customer needs internally, providing feedback to influence product and services enhancements.
* Ensure successful adoption and measurable ROI, identifying and escalating challenges or upsell opportunities as appropriate.

Job Requirements

* 5+ years of hands‑on experience in engagement management, project management, or consulting, ideally within SaaS/data/AI technology services.
* Proven record of managing complex customer projects, using formal project management, issue‑tracking, and risk‑mitigation methodologies.
* Extensive experience leading cross‑functional and client‑facing initiatives with both business and technical stakeholders.
* Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms, martech/adtech ecosystems, or enterprise SaaS implementations.
* Strong ability to manage multiple work streams, competing priorities, and ambiguous requirements.
* Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills—comfortable driving meetings with C‑suite, technical teams, and customer end users.
* Data‑driven, analytical problem solver with a commitment to process improvement and results.
* Self‑starter, adaptable, and team‑oriented, capable of thriving in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
